| Michael H. Fakih, MD With over 25 years experience, Dr. Fakih is recognized as a leader in the field of assisted reproduction and is responsible for over 10,000 IVF deliveries. His continuous efforts in innovation of new techniques has made him a pioneer in his field. He has been listed in 2008 as one of the top 15 American Lebanese of all time in the category of Medicine. Dr. Fakih is Medical Director of Fakih IVF, UAE, IVF Michigan, USA, and Founder of FIRST IVF, Lebanon. In addition, he is Associate Professor at Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine. |

| Amal Al-Shunnar, MD Dr. Al-Shunnar is a consultant in IVF, OB/GYN with over 20 years experience in her field. After graduating from Medical School at The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dr. Amal continued her training in major tertiary hospitals, mainly the world renowned Hammersmith Hospital in London and Rotunda Hospital in Dublin. After obtaining her MRCOG, she completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology in London after which she also certified in Advanced Gynecological Endoscopy. While in the UK, she was the Representative for the Overseas Doctors for the Mersey Region, and in Dubai she was the UAE Representative for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG Committee). She had co-founded Fakih IVF in Dubai and is currently very active in her work in reproductive medicine. |

Monikaa Chawla, MD Dr. Monikaa Chawla is a consultant gynecology and obstetrics practising fertility as a subspecialty for more than 15 years of experience in the field. She acquired her MD in 1998 and was awarded the membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in 2004 (MRCOG). She has worked at the prestigious Guy Hospital and St. Thomas Hospital in London, in the Assisted Conception unit which is also the pioneer center of pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) in the United Kingdom. She is highly specialized in minimal access surgery (Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy, diagnostic and operative) being trained at the Royal Free Hospital in London and Kiel University in Germany. Her research work has been published in 28 international and indexed journals and has presented at various international conferences. She was also awarded the Fellowship of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons. In 2009 her biography was published in "Marquis Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare" which has remained the standard for reliable and comprehensive biographical data internationally from New Jersey, USA. She is based in our Abu Dhabi clinic. |
| Sadika Solkar, MD Dr. Sadika Solkar, with over 15 years of experience, has done her MBBS and MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology and MRCOG in 2006. She has done her Post Graduate Award (PGA) in Assisted Reproductive Technology from Warwick University, UK, and her dissertation in Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD). She has successfully completed the certifications of the British Fertility Society. She has worked in the field of IVF at the prestigious Edinburgh Fertility & Reproductive Endocrinology Center (EFREC) in the UK as a Specialty doctor in IVF. She has also worked at the Assisted Conception (IVF) unit of Tawam Hospital, UAE, before moving to the UK. Her co-authored paper bagged the best award in the international scientific meeting of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in Athens, Greece in September 2011. Dr. Sadika is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists as well as the British Fetility Society. She is based in our Abu Dhabi clinic. |

| Mohamad El Shmoury, Lab Director, Dubai Mohamad is IVF Laboratory Director at Fakih IVF. He is certified as an embryology laboratory director by the American Board of Bioanalysis. He started his career in 1997 in Beirut and a year later moved to Michigan to work with Dr. Fakih at IVF Michigan. Twelve years later and after demonstrating his superior clinical skill as an embryologist, he was offered to move to Fakih IVF in Dubai. Mohamad’s articulate way of handling delicate embryos has enabled him to contribute in the high success rates that Fakih IVF is renowned for. He earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Beirut (AUB). He also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Embryology and Andrology from Eastern Virginia Medical School, USA. |

Jayaprakash Divakaran, Lab Director, Abu Dhabi Jayaprakash Divakaran Ph.D., joined Fakih IVF in Abu Dhabi since its inception in 2010 and directs the operations of the embryology lab. He has many years of experience in the field of clinical embryology and has hands-on experience with thousands of successful in vitro fertilization cases. Jayaprakash is also highly specialized in micromanipulation techniques, embryo and gamete vitrification. He has first-hand experience and success in embryo biopsy, Pre-implatation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD). Jayaprakash has 15 years of experience in pioneer fertility. He has earned an M.Sc. in Endocrinology a Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology and 5 years of Postdoctoral Research experience in assisted reproductive technology. Jayaprakash has more than 15 publications in peer reviewed scientific journals and book chapters in his credit. |
| Madona Mohsen, Head Nurse & IVF Coordinator, Dubai Madona, who holds a Masters degree in Obstetrical Mechanics and Techniques, is the Head Nurse & IVF Coordinator at Fakih IVF in Dubai. She follows up with patients, assisting them with the scheduling of their tests and reviewing the results with the doctor and patient. She informs patients about all the necessary instructions and details of their treatment, while coordinating with the rest of the departments regarding operation schedules. Madona and her team of nurses are an important part of every patient’s fertility journey, providing support throughout the treatment. It gives them such joy when they share the happiness of a successful pregnancy, which has always been our ultimate aim. |
